I loved that this hotel was in the middle of town and accessible to many areas of Vancouver. The rooms looked to have been renovated recently, and my mini suite felt like a little home away from home, with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink. This made meal and snack time easy, The hotel was clean and I felt safe here. The staff was very helpful as well. We arrived earlier than check in time, but they issued us a key to be able to use the restroom and stored our luggage for us so that we could begin exploring the city right away. I would stay here again.

The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The food and service at the restaurant was very good. The only downside of staying at this hotel was the Internet connection was absolutely terrible.

I would rate only what I had used ( the room) since we did not use other amenities offered. The room was nice and had a small kitchen which really helped us stay on our diet( cooking own meals).The hotel located right in the heart of the downtown very convenient but there was lots of noise and emergency sirens throughout the day and night which is made really difficult to sleep and brought up anxiety levels up.
