The staff were great, very kind and helpful. The parking was dodgy at night with people loitering around the parking entrance The hot water was sketchy, old plumbing? made the hot water sensitive to the tap being turned on or the toilet flushing. Beds were comfortabke enough but the way the way they are made up is awful.The sheets are so tight and when you loosen them they “unravel” around the duvet and I don’t want to be under a hotel duvet without a sheet in between. Sirens in the night due to the hospital across the street, to be expected and my bad for not realizing the hotel was near the hospital.

What an amazing little hotel. First off the location is perfect. The rooms were spacious and tidy. One of the first hotel experiences I've had where I didn't wake up so dehydrated... If you know you know. Free parking downtown Vancouver that alone saves you around $5 an hr. There is an open air courtyard with a cute little garden and an outdoor seating area next to it with a cozy gas fireplace. They even have a cocktail hr for 2 hrs every night with zero cost alcohol free cocktails and snacks. I will definitely stay again!!

This place is awesome. Nice and friendly staff. A really nice courtyard with a fireplace to relax by, free snacks in the lobby every evening. On top of that, awesome mid-century decor. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay at a very affordable price in Vancouver’s downtown. Stay there every time I go to Canucks games. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and have water and coffee. Good safe atmosphere.
