Hotel Topazz was the perfect place in Vienna. Close to everything and the property staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent property to enjoy the city! 😊

The lift was broken at our stay and we had a very heavy suitcase so they moved us to their sister hotel, Leo Grand. Both hotels were wonderful and central to all the shops and attractions. The staff at both hotels were fantastic.

Fabulous hotel , in perfect location . Great beds , I had a wonderful stay. Probably would not stay in room 13 again as you are on first floor and need to draw curtains not to be overlooked by the outside world .

Lovely hotel in a great location. Super easy to get the train from the airport and then the train to the city. We stayed in a cosy lamee double room. Beautiful decor but zero privacy when taking a shower as the room is open plan so no doors separating the washing / shower area. Hotel was lovely and quiet but we were alarmed that the front door is accessible at all hours and no card is required to enter the lift meaning anyone can walk in. You do, however, need a card to access the bedroom corridors. The beds are comfortable if not a little soft for us and the thin feather pillows offer no support. The shower is fabulous apart from our last day when there was no hot water! We were offered a hot shower when we checked out (we’d already taken a cold one) or free breakfast (no time). Apart from that the hotel was very quiet and perfectly located for walking around the city and accessing public transport which is very efficient. Be aware that breakfast and reception are across the road in the Topazz sister hotel.

Gorgeous hotel which is a close proximity to everything. Only let down was that the lift to the rooftop bar wasn’t working, which was one of the main reasons we booked this particular hotel.

Great location for visiting Vienna

Stayed in the Lamee part of Topaz Lamme hotel in a junior sweet. The Lamee is decorated in a funky retro style that shouldn't work but it does. The suit was a good size, large windows, full size bath and shower. Room had all amenities you could want including robes, slippers, safe, hairdryer. Reception for check-in/out is a across the road at Topaz but they are available 24x7 by in room telephone. The bed was king-sized with the most comfortable mattress and the softest crisp, white duvets we have ever had in a hotel. We liked the location a couple minutes walk from St Stephen's church. Caution though. The breakfast choice is measly and with limited hot food option. We found breakfast cost way, way too high for the choice and the quality. We only had breakfast there one time. Overall, happy with the hotel, very happy with the location and we would stay there again. Bit avoid breakfast.

The suite we stayed in was fantastic. We were there for New Year's Eve and had the best balcony and view of the festivities. It was all a VIBE! Big room and the best location close to resturants, stores and public transportation. The staff was kind and professional and we even received two free bottles of wine to bring in the New Year!
