The staff were friendly and hospitable, and made sure you felt comfortable :) the rooms and facility were clean and the hot tub in pool area were very nice. The free breakfast had a decent selection and there were also freshly baked cookies and s’mores materials available in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again if visiting West Yellowstone.

The staff were very friendly. You can make tea, coffee and hot chocolate 24/7 in the lobby. They also have a designated fireplace to make s’mores and offer free s’more kits. A lovely touch for the kids.
