The West Yellowstone entrance is 6.5 mils away. I appreciated the bonfire and Make your own smores package. Gray Wolf Inn is across from the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center and within walking distance of lots of shopping and restaurants.

Its west yellowstone, not aspen Colorado. If ypu go to west yellowstone for luxury and modern, youve picked the wrong town. You are there to see the Park and this place is clean and family/dog friendly.

The family suite was perfect for us. (2 adults, 3 kids) Everything was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly. Location was perfect for dinner and shopping. We loved that the discovery center was right across the street. Great time. Would love to stay here again.

Best Place? in West Yellowstone.

Only issue--the gym could be 24/7 instead of closing at 11 pm. It's really close to the park entrance and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Close to entrance to Yellowstone. Did not have a lounge area at office. If one party wakes up early and needs to find someplace to sit and wait for others to wake up all there is are hard wood dining chairs in breakfast area.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Totally rude & unfriendly staff. Consider yourself lucky if they don't bite you or show an arrogant attitude. Start with being a bit more friendly, polite & respectful towards customers. Don't show an attitude that you are "obliging" customers by letting them stay overnight. Rather, try to truly "serve" customers by being polite. Try to learn from South East Asian or Indian hotels. Moreover, if booking through Expedia, be careful of Gray Wolf's hidden fees/costs. Discuss these upfront with them. We were charged additional fees by Gray Wolf that we didn't budget for. Most likely they aren't part of a larger hotel chain and so lack professionalism.

The dryer vents vehind the dryers were so dirty that our clothes wouldn't dry in an hour and a half of drying. The bathroom tile was coming up as well and there was dust on the headboard. The elevators felt very unsafe with tbem bouncing when they get to the floor you want. The only redeeming qualities is the staff, parking garage, and the pool area.

It was a very comfortable stay. Pretty much the same as any reputable hotel. Added note though, I was traveling with my 98-year-old mother-in-law, and did not anticipate problems with the bed or toilet. The toilet was too low to the floor and no bars for her to allow herself to pull herself up. The bed was far too high. She could not get into bed successfully, so we had to get a rollaway bed added to the room for the second night. it was low enough for her to get in to bed and out of. If you are traveling with an elderly family member, my suggestion is contact the hotel and see what arrangements they can make.
