Great location, great value, a bit 'faded'

Hotel was clean enough, stuff all worked, but a bit dated and beginning to get just a little frayed at the edges - wallpaper edges lifting away in places. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, again the equipment was a bit dated but serviceable. (drip coffee rather than bean-to-cup for example) For what I paid it was a bargain. Exit 9 from SanYang plaza metro, about 2 minutes walk.Didn't seem to have many guests, which is surprising in mid August.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location, very close to Wuxi Metro station and plenty of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is also very good with mixture of Chinese and western-style choices. I can highly recommend Grand Park Wuxi, 5 stars.

it wad ok.. clean and nice... the safe was out.of order so it was unusable. view was nice and there is a pizza restaurant just outside the lobby.

Good hotel

Clean, nice rooms, friendly staff, decent gym and ok pool. Biggest problem is they are still using the previous hotel menu which shows lots of western choices.in reality it’s an all Chinese food hotel. Breakfast has toast and cereal . Very central location.

Best value in Wuxi

Great hotel, though not like in its heyday as Sheraton when it had multiple bars, restaurants on site. AC is so so, internet ok, facilities is comfortable with pretty good gym. Great pool but being cleaned when I stayed.

A ni hotel for the bargin price in the Wuxi downto

Nice, clean hotel owned by a Singapore company. It used to be a Sheraton hotel, and has 1990-2000 Sheraton hotel feel. Rooms are small. Wi-Fi does not work. It is a great hotel at the bargin price for a short stay in the Wuxi downtown.
