There was nothing Quality in this Quality Inn!! Blanket was like burlap, no wifi and the restrooms in lobby area were dirty and no toilet paper in either of the two bathrooms. Unfriendly staff.

Very disappointing! I booked online and when I arrived I was told that they were going to have to charge me extra for an upgrade. I had to show my reservation to prove that I reserved A certain room because they had me down for something else. Then I was told that they didn't have the room that I had reserved. When the issue was finally resolved I was given my keys and headed to My room but had to go back to the front desk twice because my key didn't work. The guy at the front desk came with me to the room and he couldn't get it to work either so he gave me a different room. When we got to that room it was completely different from what I had reserved. When I pointed this out to him, he got rude and said I don't know what you want. I responded with I want the room that I reserved and paid for. He said well I don't have any of those rooms left and besides I am giving you an extra bed for free. I was by myself so how exactly did I benefit from getting an extra bed? All in all the service was terrible, I didn't get what I paid for and I will never return.

Easy access, convenient parking, comfortable room. Staff was great and breakfast was simple and tasty. The carpet in the room was worn but that had no impact on my stay. Could hear the people walking in rooms upstairs and directly outside but, all in all, my stay was still quite pleasant and worth the cost. Thanks!

Okay but needs outside cleaning.

The parking lot needs major cleaning up. There was one side of a shoe tossed in the parking lot. Trash in different areas. People were watching people from the balcony which made me feel uncomfortable. The room was clean.

Very low end motel, nice young man at check-in. Air conditioner not working properly. Floor was very dirty to walk on. Used condom found outside our front door on walkway.

The property is under poor management. For example, the table lamp connection is bad, the light flickering. Called the front desk to report, request repair. I booked for two-day stay, but the lamp did not get fixed till the time I check out
