The hotel is gorgeous! Very spacious room we got, the breakfast was the best we had in our 2 week trip. So much variety. It was my son’s favorite hotel when in Bangkok. Great features, an ATM inside, a convenience store, laundry machines! And people very polite and kind.

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast gave a wide variety of options. Our only disappointment was room service on our first day. Waited an hour for it to arrive, called them..apparently they forgot our order. When it did arrive 30mins later, the meal was no longer hot.
