The hotel was great. The folks at the frint desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a nice view of Palau Güell across the street. I would recommend and stay here again.

Hotel Gaudí is convenient for exploring the old section of Barcelona. The room we had was spacious, but could have used more seating. Beds were comfortable. The hotel staff let us store our luggage in the morning when we arrived and then check in later. The elevators are tiny. Only two of could fit with our suitcases. The stairwells do not seem to be air conditioned so it was warm when using the stairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location was perfect steps from La Rambla in the Gothic quarter. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Loved the rooftop terrace overlooking the beautiful city of Barcelona. Good value for the money.

They did not reserve the 2 twin bed room per my reservation request. They gave me a 1 standard double bed for 2 adults. Said nothing else was available. Referred me to Expedia for a refund and refused my request to cancel to obtain suitable replacement elsewhere and was very rude and condescending. Also the hotel transfer transportation that they referred me to never picked me from the airport but also charged me. The hotel did not assist me with this problem as well.

Hotel Gaudi review

A great location and great staff. Hotel room was bigger than expected and clean although there was a small area of the floor in the room that was damaged. Overall I would definitely stay here again. The patio area of the room was very large and overlooked the museum across the street which was.fantastic.

Fantastic location, easy and quick walk to shops, metro, restaurants and bars. 20 min walk to beach, marina etc. Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax on. Rooms very clean they could be noisey on lower floors but to be honest I think that would be the case in any hotel near las ramblas. Just take some ear plugs. Cost about 33 euros to get from the airport to hotel in taxi. Its just under 6 euros per person on the metro but looks like you have to change line twice. Purple metro line to sagrada familia, easy no line change metro station right outside sagrada familia. Green metro line to parc guell, again, easy no line change but about 15 mins walk when you get off metro. Would definately recommend this hotel perfect location for exploring.

Loved our stay at Gaudí Hotel - the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and spacious and the location could not have been beaten! Handy to walk & metro nearby. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Barcelona.
