We stayed at the Nobu in Barcelona for three nights and enjoyed it tremendously. The rooms were very clean, well appointed and comfortable, with great staff and a great concierge service. The restaurants were very good, with great service, and the view from the top floor is wonderful. Transportation to the old quarter and Sagrada Familia is easy and there are many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was great. The front counter was great. The info that none of the spa is included in the price you pay should be in bold letters. There was a cost to use the sauna and steam room as well as pool. Ridiculous. Everything has an additional price. There was no way to purchase waters and snacks that were not over the top cost wise. $4.59 euros for a Coke Zero is completely insane. And to use the sauna for a short time cost $19 euros. But they did give a 20% discount. Wow. Big deal. There should have never been an additional charge. I u Serrano the massage costing more but the hotel was presented as a spa/ hotel. And I wasn’t the only client who wasn’t happy there were two others with the same opinion. And the poor girls at the spa desk were getting hammered on and that wasn’t fair either. I also thought there should be a store to purchase items a little bit more economically without having to search out a store.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with the news of a room upgrade from umi to sake suite which was great news. After having difficulty with the TV in our original room we were kindly moved to another without fuss. The staff were great and very accommodating whenever we had questions. The breakfast was great and so was the spa overall a great stay would definitely recommend

Cleaning staff rude - not giving a great impression. Wall in room had stains on them. Room rug was dirty. Window blind stopped working. Overpriced and room not 5 star quality. Rooftop views were nice. Lobby area was nice. Room lighting and bathroom lighting inadequate. Noise from building works outside. For the price paid it was a let down.
