Unbeatable location

This was a repeat visit as the location can’t be beaten. Overall this is an excellent hotel with a couple of niggles on this occasion - the main one being that we had requested a double and a twin room but on arrival were given two doubles with no communication of that fact in advance (it was not going to be suitable for us and it was just luck that they could move one room and took a bit of pressing on our part). Internal facing rooms are a bit dark and claustrophobic but spacious. Small spa and rooftop bar very nice. Can’t comment on food as we breakfasted at a local cafe.

One of the best hotels that we stayed in while traveling Spain. Top notch and modern facilities, very friendly staff, and a great location with Guggenheim museum across the hotel. Our room was super spacious with separate area for a big bathroom and shower. The bar on the top floor and restaurant on the ground floor were both great. Overall a very pleasant stay in Bilbao and Hotel the Art!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Artist Grand Hotel of Art in Bilbao, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The hotel is a true masterpiece, perfectly located right across from the Guggenheim Museum, offering stunning views that you can enjoy right from your room. The modern decor throughout the hotel is both elegant and artistic, with clean lines, stylish furnishings, and a calming color palette that lets the art shine. And speaking of art—it's everywhere! From the breathtaking 26-meter-high sculpture in the atrium to the curated pieces in the hallways and guest rooms, the hotel truly lives up to its name. It felt like I was living in a gallery. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows that looked out over the city and museum. Waking up to that view was a highlight of the trip. The rooftop terrace was another gem—perfect for a quiet coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset with panoramic views. The staff were warm and professional, and the overall atmosphere was sophisticated yet welcoming. If you love art, design, and exceptional comfort, I highly recommend staying at The Artist Grand Hotel of Art. It's more than a hotel—it's an experience.

Hotel is sitting right in front of the museum and offer an unobstructed view from the rooftoop. Staff was excellent! The concierge pretty mich planned our first day with great recommendations for how to navigate the city and visit Pintxos places. Facility is very modern with personal touches every night we had turndown service for our room. I highly recommend it and will stay here when I return to Bilbao!

Lovely hotel in great location. Interior room was fine, very nice set up, just a unique indoor view. Staff was helpful & polite. We had quick breakfast in cafe, not too floor, and the yogurt was great. I’d stay here again. Easy to walk River to old town.
