The staff was very courteous however there were some operational issues. The pool was closed: the ice maker didn’t work and I got trapped in the stairwell because my electronic key didn’t function. I spent 10 minutes going up and down the stairwell trying to get out!

The hotel staff was great however the expedia traveling times are not accurate. If you are driving everything is approximately 20 minutes away. You are not as close to everything as you think you are.

Great location. Safe, clean and quiet. Stayed here because I went to Salem for Halloween. Room is comfortable. Asked for a king bed but think it was only a queen so bed not as big as expected but still good. Staff was very helpful since we were tourists. Train station to get around was walking distance so it was perfect. Breakfast was ok but perfect when you want something fast and on the go. They also had a small little mini market for snacks and drinks. Convenience 10 but pricey! Bring your own snacks and water/drinks.

Got a two bed, room was clean, had a microwave and mini fridge. AC/heater works fine. Their breakfast is from 630am-930am and wasn’t bad at all. The area is safe considering it’s next to the FBI building and very close to the T. SL3 bus takes you to Boston and made it very accessible to get around. You’re also close by to the Amtrak which can take you to Salem. No complimentary water! Bring water

I really appreciate the well-lit, well-designed bathroom. Beautiful shower stall too. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet and contained a microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. There were plenty of breakfast choices and numerous tables to sit at.
