TRES BELLE CHAMBRE

En déplacement professionnel, je trouve cet hôtel facile d'accès, lit très confortable et personnel très agréable.

séjour décevant

Pas le choix de la chambre après avoir demandé au préalable lors d un séjour précédant . Pas de consignes de passées, donc pas de changement ... ! Un peu bornée la jeune fille ....

complètement insatisfait

Aucune sécurité au niveau intrusion. Une carte d'une chambre est à disposition à l'extérieur et permet de rentrer dans tous les couloirs de l'établissement. Une porte d'accès d'une des entrées est en panne (grande ouverte toute la nuit). Le logiciel de pré réservation ne connaît pas les références adressées par t et personne n'est joignable dans l'hôtel malgré nos nombreux aller-venue ( pas de bouton d'appel de gardien). On aurait pu mettre le feu ou voler du matériel sans que personne ne bronche ... Nuit passée à 5 dans une chambre avec un réveil très énervé avec la personne en charge de l'exploitation de l'établissement qui, sous pression, à consenti à nous rembourser.
