Great apartment, clean and better than expected. I got a room on the busy main road Brunswick Street side, 2nd floor, so it was noisy right through the night so I didn't sleep much the first night but when I put spa channel on in background it helped filter out the noise. Apart from that, everything was great!

This property needs updating although at the price we paid we knew if wasn’t going to be a nice hotel. We made the reservation more about location than amenities as there is none. There was past water damage which was not repaired although it appears that the leak was. The furniture is very worn and stained.

The room was very old and in need of renovation, particularly the bathroom. There was a lid left in the shower from a complimentary bath wash. And the balcony and chairs on balcony were very dirty and we had to clean them. The rate was high for a 1 night weeknight stay. The positives were the service, the late check in was seamless and staff member was very polite and friendly. The location is fantastic if you are wanting to be in Fortitude Valley.

When we arrived, there was no one at reception. The room was warm, never did cool down during yhe atay. The furniture was filthy. When i entered the apartment, there was hammering and sawing at the adjoining wall. This was approximately 12pm. When i asked about it at the desk, they noted it was work being done on the drains outside and would be done by 2. The next morning, the noise started again at 8:30am. Reception indicated it was "legal" to start at 7am! I would not have stayed had i known there was planned construction going on. I would not recommend this place.

Very noisy on weekends but decent hotel

Wouldn’t recommend a weekend stay if you want a decent sleep. Very noisy area. We were on the 5th floor & didn’t sleep a wink until 2am. Other than that, it was clean and quite comfortable. Definitely not luxury. Very close to Felon’s etc

I was a late check-in and the instructions were clear and simple. The location is central to the Valley and for a place to crash after a big night out it was just perfect. It is an older building so there are some cracks and water damage in the bathroom. But overall it's been kept up very well. It's functional and was just what we needed for our big night out.
