From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the whole hotel staff were wonderful, and the room, lobby and premises were magical. We had a room with a view of the canal; and then also took the canal tour so we could see it from the water. I would highly recommend if you want to experience something special.

This is a wonderful, hotel in the heart of Brugge. The area is so picturesque and our historical hotel was featured on souvenirs and postcards. How fun! The location was absolutely perfect. Just a few blocks to the square, canal boat rides around the corner, restaurants and shopping just out the front door. We took a 12 euro cab ride both to and from the train station because of our luggage, but it would be walkable. So glad that we chose Hotel Relais Bourgondisch!

Beautiful hotel. Canal room was clean with an amazing view of the canal. Windows open to let in fresh air and to peek out. Bathroom is good size. Friendly staff. Private terrace. Not many tables but they are reserved for hotel guests. The main entrance is tucked in almost a secret alley so you aren't disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the main street. Very close to Belfort tower, canal boats and the main market square. Not to mention there is a brewery just across the street!

Wonderful location in the most photographed region of Brugge. Lovely staff. Beds were hard, could use upgrades on their linens for the price of this hotel. Showers were not very hot. Breakfast was good.

A stunning property, one of the most photographed point in bruges. Staff were superb, all so helpful. Loved the rooms, plenty of space and the breakfast was great too. Will definitely come back, a superb place.

What a find!

What a stunning hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you would expect. Plentiful toiletries, bottled water, mini fridge, safe, hairdryer and complimentary tea and coffee delivered to your room any time you want. Along with this, the very best part of this hotel was the amazing staff. Professional and friendly and always pleased to help with anything. I can’t wait to go back!
