O hotel impressiona logo na chegada: a arquitetura externa remete a um belo castelo e cria uma expectativa bastante positiva. O café da manhã também agrada, com boas opções e sabor consistente. No entanto, alguns pontos comprometem a experiência. Embora o café da manhã esteja previsto para começar às 7h, nesse horário a equipe ainda está em fase de montagem — o serviço só se apresenta completo por volta das 8h, o que pode ser frustrante para quem pretende sair cedo.Para os passeios, vale considerar fazê-los por conta própria. Os guias locais costumam cobrar valores elevados e oferecem pouco tempo em cada parada. Mesmo com algum contratempo, usar um carro próprio ou aplicativos de transporte acaba sendo uma alternativa mais prática e proveitosa. Outro ponto que deixa a desejar é a ausência de drinks básicos, como uma caipirinha, para acompanhar o momento na piscina — que, embora anunciada como aquecida, é na verdade apenas climatizada.Além disso, algumas áreas do hotel parecem subaproveitadas ou mal explicadas. É o caso da chamada “balada egípcia”, que carece de ambientação adequada: iluminação pouco atrativa, ausência de música e uma atmosfera que não convida à permanência, tornando o espaço praticamente sem vida. No geral, o hotel tem potencial e acerta em aspectos importantes, mas ainda precisa ajustar detalhes operacionais e investir na experiência do hóspede para estar à altura da primeira impressão que causa.

O hotel é lindíssimo, café da manhã muito bom e farto, funcionários atenciosos, no entanto alguns pontos da estrutura precisam melhorar. Dessa vez fiquei alocado em um quarto do anexo que tem a possibilidade de conjugar com outro... a acústica é simplesmente horrível, ouve-se tudo que se diz e faz no outro quarto, se o hóspede vizinho resolver cantar no chuveiro 01:00h da como aconteceu na minha estadia você simplesmente não dorme.
