The room and facilities were very clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and peaceful, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Check in was easy, the staff was accommodating and communicative. Zero complaints.

It was a nice place to stay, I do wish I knew they didn’t have an elevator… carrying all the luggage up and down the stairs sucked. The television was a bit difficult to use and the hallways had an odd and gross smell. But otherwise the bed was nice and big, the temperature was good, shower was fine/ clean and there wasn’t any noice from surrounding rooms so the sleep was fair!

Good option if you need to visit Plymouth, which is just a short drive away. The Expedia price was hard to beat. Slightly tired and uninspired facilities, but nonetheless very clean and comfortable beds. We had a dog friendly room and were happy to see that it incorporated a hard surfaced floor. We’ve stayed in other hotels where you could see stains and/or detect “doggy odour” from previous pets; that was not the case here.
