Please please do not stay here. Go somewhere descent. The food gave us e-coli and two staff members we're very rude. One was absolutely crass. The other completely ignored me and walked away. The hotel manager didn't do anything to fix the problem or make up for it.

This is a great hotel but if you are traveling with wheel chair or walker the hotel really need to figure out how yo get an elevator to the pool area from the rooms .the ramps the offer are to incline that if your not strong enough you can lose grip and have an accident!!!! Food was great waiter awesome Leonardo and Francisco from the main buffet are spectacular. No AC in the pizza place thatsuvks

I didn`t like the bad attitude of the cleaning and restaurant staff!! very rude. The air conditioning doesn`t work in several areas, most importantly restaurants. Eating and sweating constantly makes the food unenjoyable. The food is sometimes good, but onthe last day I got sick to my stomach. I came home and still have severe diarrhea. We`ll never go to Oasis again. XXXXXXXXXXX

Is good for money, there is probable more fancy all inclusive but this is good for price. Room are little old but don't smell bad or something and hygienes is good so will recommend is fun for kids. Has many restaurants to change feel like in small town

Aside from the girls in the coffee shop, I have never been more discriminated against, ignored and disrespected as a person, let alone a paying customer. I have traveled through several countries and a variety of resorts and have never written a bad review….this resort changed all that. Food preparation/serving was not safe. Black mold in the bathrooms. Cleaning….instead of replacing dirty towels, housekeeping just took them. Each day. 1 bottle of water is supposed to be provided/restocked…nope, just took everything….except the glass which was dirty and had used q-tips and cotton swab in it…that they left. Toilet didn’t work…they did fix that in a timely manner. Only 1 bartender for the entire beach area and pools. We got 1 night at a restaurant and that was it. Buffet for the rest of the time. We were outright ignored when getting service and disrespected. An attitude came even though we said please and thank you for everything. Doors were closed right in front of us as we walked up to them. I was so excited to visit Mexico as it was my first time and have heard great things from friends who have gone there and friends that live there. The experience at this hotel… Travelocity should seriously question their relationship with this vendor. The first comment out of client concierge’s mouth was “well, I hope next time you stay at the Sens side.” No welcome no hello. I tried everyday there to start fresh, always said please and thank you, smiled, etc. onl

The photos on Expedia are misleading — many are from the neighboring Sens property, which is also owned by Oasis. When you arrive, you’re faced with limited dining options, long lines (sometimes over an hour just to eat), and some restaurants require reservations. Access to certain pools and restaurants is also restricted unless you pay for an upgrade. They blame Expedia for the confusion but still pressure you to upgrade. They also push timeshares aggressively, which is frustrating. The poolside bar on the Oasis side was filthy — definitely not a place you’d want to eat or drink from. I don’t recommend this resort or any Oasis property. They constantly try to charge extra for everything. I upgraded just to get decent food, but my room stayed the same. If you want a relaxing vacation, book somewhere else.

The hotel itself was great. Just the app to do reservations for dinner never worked. Asked staff regarding this no other solution for dinner reservations so we had to eat Dinner buffet all week without getting to try anything more. Drinks and bars and pool where amazing.
