The staff and food were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located making it possible to walk to most attractions. We had two rooms facing the courtyard. The carpet in both rooms were in need of cleaning. The cleaning team did not remove used glasses and plates. The setup of the rooms was challenging, table and chairs too large for the small space. The bathroom was on the second level which was also not convenient. The worst issue was the noise level at night and early morning with people arriving and departing dragging their suitcases on the cobblestone walkway outside of the beds. This made sleeping impossible. If considering this hotel, be careful of room assignment.

Loved staying here! Rooms/bathrooms are beautiful, there’s so much to do in the hotel itself, and the location is walking distance to pretty much everything. We also loved that each floor has a nice espresso machine in the hall, along with carafes you can fill with regular or sparkling water. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
