Dear plommy, Thank you for your rating and the time you have taken for it. We are very sorry that there was a reason to criticize the room type, the variety of our english channels and the air condition. Our Grand Lit rooms which you have booked are our smallest rooms we have. I would like to assure you that such occurrences are of course in no way in accordance with the other standard and the quality of our house. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
