Tämä tilava koti on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta rantatieltä, ja sillä on yhteinen uima-allas kadun toisella puolella. Takakerran yksityisen makuuhuoneen (BR1) sviittiä yhdistää talon takana oleva Breezeway. Siinä on queen-size-vuode, 2 arkkua rantapukuasi, vaatekaappi ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on seisova suihku. Tällä sviitillä on oma pääsy takapihan oleskelualueelle. Yksityisen sviitin ja päärakennuksen välissä on reipas tapa peittää istuimet ja alue viihdyttämiseen kaasugrilli. Päärakennuksen alatason sisällä on aula / oleskelutila ja makuuhuone (BR2), jossa on Twin yli koko kerrossänky, vaatekaappi, rinta ja kylpyhuone, jossa kylpyamme / suihku. Portaikkojen yläpuolella on olohuoneen, ruokailunurkkauksen ja keittiön avoin konseptisuunnittelu kauniilla sisustuksilla. Täysin gourmet-keittiössä on tilavat työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, Keurig-kahvinkeitin, posti, pannut ja ruokailuvälineet kokeillaksesi ruoanlaitto-taitojasi. Keittiöstä on rajoitetusti näkymiä. Ruokapöydässä on 6 paikkaa ja lisäistuimia kolmelle löytyy baarista. Olohuoneessa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja vieraille 2 sohvalla, 2 tuolia, TV, WiFi ja kaapeli. Yläkerran parvekkeelle pääsee olohuoneesta. Vieraat voivat käyttää puoli kylpyamme käytävällä. Pinottava pesukone ja kuivausrumpu on sijoitettu siististi käytäväkaapiin puolihauteessa. Yläkerran makuuhuoneessa (BR3) on king-size-vuode, TV, lipasto ja penkki. Tässä huoneessa on oma ovi yläkerran parvekkeelle. Kylpyhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen turhuus, suihku ja poreallas. Tämän makuuhuoneen ulkopuolella istuu alkovi, jossa on Twin yli 2 kerrossänky, jossa on vedä vyötäröllä lisää tilaa nukkumista varten. Molemmissa kerroksissa on kannet, joissa voit nauttia upeista näkymistä, tuulesta ja aamukahvista. Alakerrassa on ulkosuihku huuhteluun päivän jälkeen rannalla.

Excellent location and family friendly

This was a great place to stay. Easy walk to the beach and the provided golf cart made hopping over to various town locations a breeze. The house was clean and had all the amenities for a great stay. The property managers were communicative and friendly.

PERFECT!

We have rented this house before and continue to love it. It is beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious and bathroom have plenty of clean fluffy towels and toiletries. The living/dining space is lovely open and conducive to family interaction. It's proximity to the beach and neighborhood boardwalk make it ideal. Just perfect. We'll be back.

A Wonderful Christmas week!

Beautiful home in a nice area, very close to the beach. Plenty of space for the young adults to hang out away from the parents. Amazing decks for morning coffee after a quick walk to the beach to watch the sunrises. Note..make sure to go down about 30 minutes before actual sunrise to catch amazing sky colors. Would reserve this home again if we get the chance to visit Port Aransas/Mustang Island again.

Great location and super close to beach!

We stayed here for our family vacation and to celebrate our daughters 5th birthday. The house was beautiful, had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We had friendly neighbors with no noise complaints at all. We were close enough for food and fun, yet still tucked away for privacy with no traffic coming through. We had such a great time and have already talked about coming back in a few months. This house/vacay has been the best in Port A thus far, and we've been going for the past 7 years. Thank you!!!!

Island time

The house was very clean and located in the perfect location. The house had plenty of space. The. One of the house decor was awesome. We found ourselves moving throughout the house trying out all the gathering/seating areas. The pool is steps away. The golf cart was used for everything and is a must/great addition. The house was lit and would cool very nicely. The downstairs master needed an extra fan to cool and the humidifier changed about every 8 hrs. Overall it was a great place for 2 families.

It was okay/great location

The location was awesome so close to the beach, which always helps when you have little ones! The house is older, it is an older house. There were a few roaches dead on the floor when we woke up. The kitchen is stocked with just utensils only. You have to bring every single thing to cook with. The beds were not comfortable, the tvs did not work most of the time. The wifi went in and out all day. Great location, though. The pool was very gross, dirty. The house is just on the older side, the location was great and very quiet nice neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is near the beach, pool, conveniently arranged. However, there was sand in some of the beds, greasy dishes, and hair on the towels. Bad mildew problem in garage smells up house when door opened and is starting to come through the wall. Gas grill inoperable, management provided charcoal grill. Refrigerator was warm when we arrived, freezer door wouldn't close. fixed rack so door would shut but didn't cool off until next day. Manager provided ice chest but some food melted, management asked about value of food ruined ($25) never followed up with us. Stereo didn't work. Towels appeared to be hand-me-downs, toilet paper very thin (and not much of it), soap packs like a budget motel. This could be a nice property but it is being done on the cheap.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was perfect. The outside room downstairs was perfect for grandparents to have private area but still be a part of the family. Grown daughters and a friend slept fine downstairs. My younger boys enjoyed the bunk beds and grown son took the foldout. The space was nice and we left the top off the Jeep all week and kept it in the garage. Parking was a small issue but there is plenty of parking just across the street at the pool. The pool was nice and not used a lot because several houses in the area have private pools. So we had the pool mostly to ourselves every time we went. Beach was not a far walk but we love to park close to the water so we didn’t utilize this feature as much as I planned. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. I suggest taking inventory on what’s available before getting groceries. We cooked and ate mostly at the house so that saves money. 2 upstairs desks were nice and made the entire house feel much larger. Same with the bar area under the house. We had plenty of room for everyone and even had a family of 4 more come over for a cookout one night. Very open concept. I would not recommend for a family with a bunch of small children because of the stairs (although it did have a baby gate we found and kept at the top of the stairs for our 2 year old son) and also because the 3 biggest rooms are separated so much. 1 master (and bunk room closet) upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs by the garage and 1 bedroom separate from the main house.

Steps away from the Beach Boardwalk

Overall, this is a very convenient property, beach themed and close to everything. Bedrooms are separated and private, with an open design, intimate living/dining/kitchen area. The covered deck was wonderful in the morning, for lounging with the family and enjoying the sunshine. The deck off the master bedroom was not used since the railing was unstable and it was honestly just too hot. Covid has affected both dining out and take out in this area so cooking was our only option most meals. The kitchen was nicely designed but could use some updating. The ice maker does not work, and aonly 3 burners on the electric stovetop work. Lots of plates & cookware but may need to bring items like scissors, corkscrew, bottle opener, etc. Some may need more bath towels as there are only about 10 provided but there is a nice washer & dryer in the unit. You will need to bring your own beach towels as well. Garbage bags, soap & tissue were provided which was nice too (although we brought these items) The access to the beach is wonderful and easy to get to from the unit. The house next door accommodates 16 people and is very close to the unit so be prepared for lots of noise. At least 25 people were there most days, in the pool until late at night. We had a baby with us so this was an issue but probably not an issue for most. A nice wagon was in the garage which was great for carrying items down to the beach. The outside shower is a nice option too. There is Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu etc for you to sign on to your personal accounts. The Master bedroom TV never worked for us as the reception was too weak but the main one in Living area worked great. Basic Wifi was good but not great for most of the stay. This is a very nice house, in a terrific location and the management was fantastic! They made our check in and check out so easy. The house is definitely 4 stars in my opinion and could be 5 stars with a little repair.

WOW!

This house has everything anyone could want! It is close to town, close to the beach! The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen, gosh, I could go on and on about all the kitchen offers. Even with the stove being a bit testy, it will work part of the time, and not. The burners sometimes work and sometimes not, the poor fellow sent to do repairs was in way over his head because the stove is too fancy for a rental house. Unfortunately the dishwasher is too. It has a mind of it's own, so most of the time we just hand washed our dishes. Which, honestly, with that view, who cared! The sad thing is the house was built before other homes were put in the area, now slowly there are more houses being built around and you just have no privacy. And worse, will sometime in the future have no view. That will mar the amazingness of this house. It will just be a house, near the beach instead of this wonderful home with great views. You hear workers all day, and they don't care if you have small children needing to nap. They just go on with the loud music and the swearing. The builder looked at us like we'd lost our minds when we asked if he could get them to now use quite some much foul language and turn down the radios. The hispanic music played over the saws was a bit much. Luckily the house was nearly finished so after the end of July it should have been quieter. We loved the property. Anything we needed was there. Renting was quick and easy once we made up our minds on dates. Check-in was even easier. We just asked for a late package, it was at the office key box and we were in our house within minutes of getting off the ferry. The boardwalk goes to the far side of the dunes, and our smaller people had to be carried, but it was great to get to the beach so fast.

Awesome party house

House was amazing and in a perfect location close to downtown and the beach. Only issue I had which does not have so much to do with the house but I guess with the homeowners association? They had a cluster of palm trees in the middle of the property with a bunch of deadl limbs that was blocking everyone's view. Not just our house but everybody. The tree trimmers came in and trimmed them the last day of our stay but it would have been nice to have enjoyed that view the entire trip.

This house is in a great location. Close to town, a short walk to the beach. The community pool is right across the street. It is pretty small, but was ok for a group of adults. The floors were pretty sandy upon arrival, but other than that it was clean. The second king bedroom is completely separate from the house, and one bunk room is in the main master room which would be great for a family. It seemed to be pretty well stocked. Overall a nice experience.

Paradise in Port A!

This is one of the best beach rentals we have had in Port A. Great location, extremely clean, and great communication!!! We will definitely be renting this beautiful home again. It was a perfect Easter weekend!!! Thank you!!!

Great Stay

We had a great time here. Super close to the beach so we could walk back and forth as needed. House was well laid out, clean, and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Great Location

The house is in a great location, directly across from the pool and a very short walk to the beach. The host was very responsive and came out to open the garage for us (so we could park a third car) pretty quickly when requested.

Our Stay

The location was perfect. Close to the beach, across the street from the pool and not far from town. We had two families with kids ranging from five months to five years. Since the upstairs is the main area we used the baby gate provided. Our kids wanted to stay forever. Only "complaint" would be, needs more rugs to catch the sand. We would rinse off outside, but somehow the extra sand would make its way in. We found some upstairs on the balcony and moved them downstairs. Dryer sounds like its on its way out, but works great. Property Management was great. Easy to communicate with. We had a question regarding the AC in the MIL suite, they came right over without us asking. There was no issue, by the way. NO BUGS ANYWHERE & to me that is a WIN!!!

Spacious House In Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We were there with our 2 daughters, ages 24 & 26, and their boyfriends so having 3 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms worked really well. The living room with the 2 couches plus chairs was also great for hanging out together. The kitchen was probably the best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a vacation rental with all necessary appliances, cooking pans, Keurig and several different settings of plates and glasses. With the community pool right across the street and the sidewalk right behind the house leading to the private walkway to the beach, the location was the best!! When we got to the house, the ceiling lightbulbs were burned out in 1 of the bathrooms and they sent someone over right away to replace them. There were a couple of mechanical issues with the house but nothing that inhibited our ability to have a great family vacation. The doors were locked with a number code that was texted to us at check-in time which was very convenient. We didn't turn on the tv's that were in 2 of the 3 bedrooms but the TV in the living room had Netflix and YouTube. There also was a DVD player in the living room. There were books and games at the house. The central air worked perfect for the entire house, water pressure in all showers were great! There is also a stacked washer/dryer but bring your own laundry supplies! I would definitely rent this house again!
