Amazing stay. The staff is all very attentive, helpful and friendly. Incredible details from detox water bottles to night turnover with hot water bottles. Food is delicious. The spa was incredible- highly recommend the massage hottub and sauna experience.

Lovely rooms and public areas. The staff was attentive and very friendly. I enjoyed the spa and art gallery area. It was very quiet compared to staying in Cusco’s historic centre and yet it’s only a 5 minute 2’walk away. I highly recommend it.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in! It has a real boutique/artsy vibe and the service was phenomenal, they picked us up from the airport and brought us hot water bottles before bed every night. And the breakfast was so good. The hotel is a quick walk to the historic square and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. 10/10 recommend!

The best hotel I stayed at in Peru! The setting is stunning, and the service is outstanding. They provide unlimited filtered water, coca tea, mint tea, and detox water throughout the property. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with an amazing bathroom featuring a luxurious tub and towel warmer. They even bring a hot water bottle for your bed, just like in Japan! The service was impeccable, and the restaurant was exceptional. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re heading to Cusco, just book this hotel—you won’t regret it!

Nice, friendly and well located

The hotel is located in the uphill of San Blas, a few minutes walk from the main square and key sights. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Plus, the restaurant has great choices. Very much recommended!

Exceeded expectations

Incredible stay! The rooms exceeded our expectations. Turn down service came with a hot bottle for the beds which made our sleep extra cozy. The included breakfast was one of the best included hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. I usually don’t opt for the breakfast (I believe this was automatically included here) and went beyond just your normal buffet. The staff was lovely overall too and the location was very convenient for walking around the city, but also not being in a super busy area.
