Out of all of the hotels I have stayed at in my life, this was the most peaceful of them all. Everything was beautiful and clean from the inside to the outside. I usually do not have much to say about hotels, but if you want a quiet night's rest, I would highly recommend this hotel! I am a very light sleeper and usually I am placed next to busy streets and noisy neighbors, but not here. I will be staying here again while I work in Plano!

The facilities were nice, amd staff friendly, however the bed was most uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Our stay was plagued with sleeplessness. Parking was terrible.

The microscopic bedside shelf was almost too small for my CPAP machine; lots of people have CPAP machines these days. So I took the phone off the table and put it in the slot under the shelf; it fit less than half way. Do hotels not realize that people bring items with them when they travel? There was room to make the shelf larger. The room was clean, modern, and restful. The bed faced the window and the TV swung out from the wall for viewing.
