Man that checked us in was very polite. Rooms are older but have been renovated. Furniture was new and room was clean. We ran out of toilet paper, lobby was locked during breakfast hours, ice machine did not work, no coffee pots in rooms, no wash cloths were provided, and heat did not work.

1. No real curtain in the room, just a sheer, see-through substitute. Anyone can see inside. 2. Porcelain in the tub is chipped and dirty. 3. Towels have an petroleum order. 4. The TV doesn't get major networks. 5. Sketchy guests.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the room. There was several cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The room definitely needs updating due bad rusting on fixtures and mini fridge.

The rooms was tidy but dated.. Not sure if they are in the process of renovating or new management because it seem like the receptionist staff was very attentive, so I'll credit them for that. Location was directly off I95, a bit too close to it as you're merging with offramp traffic, but its not their fault. But overall, it was Biketober fest, so all rooms in that area had elevated prices, so I won't complain about the $136 a night. So on a whole, room was okay. Light switches, headboards, toilets, outlet plugs and curtains should definitely be addressed. At least the 2 rooms I had because one had a broken air conditioner. Oh, you can TOTALLY ELIMINATE THE BEIGE BED SPREAD that you guys NEVER CHANGE or TAKE OFF during stays..

I see why the hotel was so cheap.. Roaches and mold. Looks like the room flooded and they painted over it. They are advertising breakfast but they don't have it. Overall disaster.
