Nightmare

Such a horrible place. Very dirty, dusty, and unsanitary. I cried my first night and ended up checking out in the middle of the night because I heard rats running around between the walls.

Was a little nervous after reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel/room are outdated but clean. Nothing special, no frills - but it was perfect for a night!

The blanket on my bed had several cigarette burns in it, the curtains had a concerning amount of blood stains on them, the bathroom had a disturbing amount of mold on the wall in plain sight, and No. Hot. Water. On top of all that I paid almost twice as much as my online reservation on damage and pet deposits, and didn’t get a dime back even though all we did was sleep and leave in the early morning. My dogs are couch potatoes. I feel confident in my assumption that me having animals is why they placed me in such a gross room with the plans of keeping my deposits. I took pictures of all of those items that should’ve been replaced instead of used in a “pet friendly” room that were there prior to my arrival but am unable to upload them. I guess the saying “you get what you pay for” is still a thing. I’m very disappointed. The fact that I was there because I lost a family member and needed to attend a funeral just made it all the more disheartening.
