Although the room is small, it had everything we needed. Love that the room was so modern.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. It is very convenient. It was clean . The only downside is that the rooms are quite small, and there is no place to put your suitcase.
I initially booked this hotel out of convenience. It was located near to both Haymarket Station and the Usher Hall. That was my main concern.
I was totally amazed by the helpfulness, the friendliness, and the professionalism of the staff at the hotel. They were all outstanding! This was such a surprise to me as Id only expected a basic bed for the night.
The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was SO comfy. They provide an early check in and a late check out facility, which was ideal for my arrangements. I couldnt fault one thing about this hotel.

Great little hotel, room was small but super clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to almost everything. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Only slight glitch was on checking in. If room is not ready and you wait in Their lobby ask them to let you know when the room is available, if not you get forgotten. Unfortunately we got a girl who was too busy taking with her colleges and forgot us. Where everyone else that came in was told when their room was ready by other staff.
Hotel rooms were great, everything we needed, very large windows, airy and bright. Room to sit and relax and read. Staff were FAB, everyone we dealt with could not have been more friendly, efficient and helpful as well as chatty and cheerful. Breakfast was continental but so much choice and delicious. great extras such as ironing rooms on certail floors if you needed them. Would definitely use again. have already booked a stay in Glasgow.
