It is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to Mercyhurst University and is within a 15-minute drive of Presque Isle, downtown Erie, and the Presque Isle Downs Casino. This house is child and pet-friendly. There is a smart TV that allows you to login to the multitude of streaming apps available.
