Frühstück, Personen am Desk und Der Bewirtschaftung, Pool, Grill - schlechtes Management, sehr laute Umgebung, Parkgebühren(!), tedhnischer defekt am alten Fahrstuhl Der Check-in verlief wie erwartet ohne Probleme. Wir haben nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt, was nicht an der Interstate /Autobahn liegt und es auch bekommen. Das Hotel liegt direkt und unmittelbar an der Interstate. Die Ausstattung war okay und die gebuchte Suite war ausreichend groß für drei Personen. Mehr wurde ich nicht empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist auch gut für ein kontinentales, amerikanische Frühstück. Leider ist gleich am ersten Tag unseres viertägigen Aufenthaltes der Fahrstuhl durchgängig ausgefallen. Bei runtertragen der 6 Koffer aus unserer dritten Etage kommt so keine Freude auf. Der Hinweis am Fahrstuhl und vom Personal das es nur eine Nacht wäre, war auch falsch. Beim auschecken wollte man mir die 5$ Parkgebühren pro Nacht erstatten. Lieder hat das nicht geklappt weil das Management im Nachhinein mir unerlaubter Weise doch die Parkgebühren abgebucht hat! Sowas hab ich noch nicht erlebt! Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel aufgrund der Lage direkt an der interstate wegen dem Lärm und des schlechten Managements nicht empfehlen.
