Difetti e pregi

Problemi per l'apertura del portone dell'edificio. All'interno dell'appartamento è impossibile telefonare e accedere ad una qualsiasi rete dati. Posizione ottima per accedere sia al porto antico che al centro storico della città. Non posso dare giudizi sul cucinino perché non mi è servito. rumoroso il frigorifero. Flessibile della doccia perde. La finestra dà su un cortile interno e si vede a destra una tettoia con una copertura che spero non sia di amianto.
