The hotel failed to meet fundamental standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational management. Mold/Water Damage: Black mold and severe water deterioration visible on the bathroom ceiling and walls (see attached photos). This is a direct health hazard. Filth & Debris: The shower contained excessive debris and apparent pest activity, reflecting a total breakdown of housekeeping and sanitation protocols. Rust and Corrosion: Multiple fixtures showed heavy rust and corrosion, confirming chronic neglect. Smoking & Air Quality: The hallways were saturated with marijuana smoke, directly violating the non-smoking policy. The smell was masked by an overpowering chemical odor, rendering the air noxious. Noise & Security: Paper-thin walls, unmanaged noise, and questionable guest behavior compromised rest and personal safety.
