Doubt I will stay here again

The staff was very friendly! I didn’t like having to go fetch clean towels every day. I didn’t think it is was right for the hotel to charge the same price for the second and third day as the first day when your room doesn’t get fresh sheets and towels every day like you would get for a new room. The breakfast hours were not shown in the room, either. No restaurant info was available and parking was not ideal. And why 2 different prices for a multiple night stay?? That sure isn’t showing any customer appreciation!! Things could have been a lot better but it also could have been a lot worse. Next time, i will most likely stay somewhere else! But the friendly staff was a plus!

My greeting was we don't have any rooms in stead of asking if I had reservations (which I did). This put a very bad taste in my mouth after driving 6 hrs. The elevator took forever and the lobby was very congested; not with people but the way things were arranged. The rooms were comfortable.

I'm taking away one star because the pool is so tiny. Only 15 people can be in there at one time.. and it was freezing which is strange for an indoor pool. Then I'm taking away two more stars because when we woke up there were ants all over one of our drinks... Which I've never experienced at a hotel before. And then there were ants all over the coffee cart area where the ice bucket was but nothing was over there. Even no drinks. No, nothing for them to be attracted to. So that was kind of gross. I will say the breakfast buffet selection was pretty great and I appreciated that they had oat milk for coffee. Also, the receptionist was really nice.

Very bad

There’s a floor tile that is broken, only one outlet behind the bedside table to charge our phone, and the worse of it all, the bathroom door gets locked on its own and if the door closes, we cannot open it from the outside. We called to have someone open the door of fix it and we were told that we simply have to leave the door open. Very rude, told us all he can do is to leave a note so that they can fix the door. Basically, too bad for you. Do not book this hotel.

Hotel was clean.. We rented a double bed room and it seems that the beds were full size instead of queen, so not comfortable at all. They ran out of breakfast a few times and we had to wait longer than usual.
