We just purchased this place in 2020 and completely renovated it with high end furnishings. The villa features a comfy King bed in the bedroom and Queen Havertys sleeper in the living room, Full standing tiled shower, all new full sized black stainless appliances and granite stone counters in the kitchen, and large smart tv's in both the bedroom and living room. Beach Chairs and bikes included! All just steps to the beach and a couple blocks from Colingy Plaza and the Tiki Hut!

Located in Seaside Villas, a gated, oceanfront complex, two blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki-Hut. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. In the heart of Hilton Head's main beach.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

We had a great stay! Love the proximity to the beach & walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Great hosts & very clean space. Having the bikes, chairs, and wagon was awesome. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 for a couple of nights. If you have 4 people for an entire week, I would suggest one of the hosts’ bigger units. We would definitely come back!

Great ocean view condo

The condo was an ideal home base while my wife and I were in Hilton Head. It was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The comfy bed and nice shower were especially appreciated. We enjoyed eating our meals on the balcony, watching the ocean and listening to the waves, then taking a walk on the beach afterward. Plenty of parking was available. A bonus was a very clean laundry room just a few steps away where we did two loads of laundry for only 4.50 total (1.25 per load to wash and 1.00 to dry). We absolutely would stay here again if we return to Hilton Head.

Our stay at HHI was perfect! The view, location to elevator and beach, and many restaurants and grocery couldn’t be better! Kendall was so pleasant to work with. Great Location

The property was as stated, clean and a great central location. Steps from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and coffee/pastries. We enjoyed live music at the Sandbar and Big Bamboo Cafe. Within a short drive we enjoyed eating on the deck at Hudson's and had a delicious meal at Frankie Bones. The bikes were great to use and the trails are very nice. We rode for many miles around the island. Kendall was very helpful and responsive with all communication. Thanks!
