House keeping guys insistly knocked the door two times at 8.30am and wake me up. I am sure they have the list of available or unavailable rooms but I don't understand why this happened. Also there were no slippers in the room, they bring when i asked it.

Nice property with convenient restaurants nearby. I was extremely dismayed that there was no available valet parking and I had to park 6 blocks away while carrying all of our luggage and children or leaving them alone while I parked. I asked for any help and was not given any options. Extremely frustrating with the premium price that I paid for the room. Dining was exceptional at the restaurant but won't go there again if parking isn't reserved for hotel guests.

The staff were amazing, the stay was great! The rooms were clean! The building was clean! Again the staff went above and beyond for myself and the party I was with! We had car troubles the valet parking men were all wonderful and went out of their way! I would a thousand times over recommend this place solely for their staff! I do wish they served complementary breakfast! Overall I am pleased with my stay and your staff is phenomenal

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and have always enjoyed it. I few things I would like to mention. A dead cockroach in our room very large in size!!!! The hairdryer didn’t work which was somewhat of an inconvience given I didn’t have a way to dry my hair. The bar said it is open until 1:00am we came back to the hotel after dinner around 10:30 and was given last call due to the staff saying they were closing given it wasn’t very busy. There were several couples in the bar area having cocktails.
