They gave the room that we reserved away. We requested a king with sofa bed & they didn't have any available at check in. I was told that they were sold out even though our reservation stated that we had one. We had to take a room with two double beds which was not ideal.

The sounds from the bar (music, people laughing, yelling) on the first floor travel up the central atrium to all floors. It was difficult to get to sleep each night, the loud noise continued until WELL after midnight. The hotel specifies the quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM, but that is not the case.

Old, uncomfortable beds, tiny rooms. Had to use one of the beds for our suitcases. Won’t be back. Dining options were horrible. The restaurant at the property reminded me of a free continental breakfast but cost $75. Didn’t eat it…. The Eagles Nest was nice. Service was decent, food was good, the Make host wasn’t friendly. He seemed irritated we were there.
