This hotel is in a good location to walk to the lively in 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious, and clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Booked a cabin. It was very small and overpriced. You are paying for the privilege of staying in Jackson. The coffee maker didn’t work. The kitchen sink is very small. Hard to do meals and clean in the room. The staff did not keep breakfast stocked. They used very large trash bags hanging out of a 13 gallon can for guests to toss used plates and food into. So the trash was touching the floor. Wasn’t sanitary. The pet area is a small patch of grass (most of Jackson is like this.) They didn’t keep dog bags stocked in the area. Enjoyed having our own space but the amenities in the room weren’t usable and expected better service for the price.

All the staff members were exceptionally kind and professional during our interactions. The hotel grounds were well-kempt and easy to navigate. I was relocated to another room part way through my stay due to unforseen circumstances, but was given a free upgrade due to the inconvenience. Little could done to improve such a fantastic place such as this.
