I only stayed here for one night. A few boys were laughing and talking loudly, repeatedly opening and closing the door until the early morning. It was incredibly noisy, which made it impossible for me to sleep and directly disrupted my plans for the next day. Other aspects are fine; each floor has a kitchen and refrigerator, which is very convenient. If we can ensure that these students are not so noisy, it would still be a good option.

Cool concept and rooms, but missing simple hotel basics such as a mini fridge, tv, etc. Room was very clean though, and check in/out was very easy. The water pressure in the showers is a bit much too, it actually kind of hurts lol.

This was a great location to stay for a couple of nights, and the shared kitchen facilities would accommodate longer stays as well. The only thing we were lacking during our stay was a place to get a bite to eat or a coffee locally. Due to the time we were there nothing on campus was open during our stay, but otherwise if you are looking for a budget option close to the airport or within the UBC campus grounds, this is an excellent and affordable option.

So far so good. Have only been here a few hours. Beds comfortable; unit spotless. However, booked for 5 people but only 4 kitchen chairs. I guess it's a good thing our fifth couldn't come! All is good.
