My first time staying at Aloft KL Sentral. Great attentive staff at concierge and breakfast, ease of check in and out, room well maintained. Love ++ the buffet breakfast spread. Very convenient location with less than 5 min walk via connecting bridge to KL Sentral station and Nu Sentral. Not much room options. We chose the 2 queen bed for 3 pax stay. Room size a bit too small. No additional bed option if we were to take a queen bed option. Great toilet and shower facilities, love that the spacious wardrobe In the toilet. Easy to clean up and get dressed. Entrance to the room is too dark, There is no light after you walk into the room.

Good hotel & pool area, staff helpful, breakfast fine. For getting around use metro as staff recommend. Area very badly designed with what should be easy connections blocked. Walked to china town got metro back as so much easier. Area is safe, not many bars in area but Hotel has good roof top bar

Brilliant hotel!
