It’s a very different experience with my prior stays in Bali. We usually stayed at Nusa Dua. This hotel focuses on sales and volumes instead of service. The reception was rude during check in, she was unable to explain why they need to take a copy of my kids passports. But we solved that when the manager came out. No apologies or anything. We found cockroaches in the breakfast restaurant. To give them credit, they tried to compensate by allowing us a late check out. But we didn’t fully enjoy the experience with this one unfortunately. Plus sides: - good happy hour pricing, lots of activities for adults and kids, young kids eat free with each paying adult.

I fell just in front of the lift as I was on the second floor. The floors had large very shiny tiles all over the place and as soon as they get any water on them, they become very very slippery. As I approached the lift my feet went from undernether me and I came crushing down on my back. So now I have a spinal fracture and in a back brace for 12 weeks, very luck that I am not in a wheel for the rest of my life. Please anyone avoid this hotel aat all cost.

The Dynasty was an okay hotel overall, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype for us. There were a lot of rules around kids that we weren’t expecting — for example, children aren’t even allowed to sit with you near the pool bar area, which was disappointing for a family stay. The rooms were decent. We stayed in a family studio with bunk beds and a trundle, which worked well space-wise. The air-conditioning was only okay; I always bring a small fan just in case, and I definitely needed it here. For the price, the hotel felt a bit run down. I’m not really sure where the hype comes from, as it didn’t feel like great value for money. For almost the same price, I would definitely recommend the Hard Rock instead, especially if you have young kids. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and always said hello, which was appreciated. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, but in my honest opinion, it should be cheaper for what you get.

Cons: Rooms were bit dated/musty and i found mosquitoes as well as ants in the rooms. Facilities such as pools were ok and Kids clubs were crowded. Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had freshly made to order hashbrowns and local fruits.

The room was falling part. The blind broke the first time we tried to close it, the towel rail came off in the bathroom as soon as we hung a towel on it, the door handle on the sliding door came off every time we closed it, and the toilet kept running every time we did a full flush. The family room is very small, and they consistently left us 4 bottles of water even though the booking was for 5. They also kept taking the sheets from the 3rd bunk when they did the room clean of a morning…so we had to call for another one each night. To be fair, we called about all of the issues as soon as they happened, and they sent a staff member straight away every time. We also called for more water and it was delivered quickly every time. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Staff were all very lovely and attentive. The lounge was great for our last day when we had a late checkout, but would have appreciated shampoo and conditioner in the shower. A lot of the things they advertise on the site (game's room etc) required payment, which is fine, but I think that should be reflected on the site, as we had no idea.

Great location and close to Waterbum,discovery mall etc, great food and omg the staff are all amazing!!! 7 days and they all knew my 8 year old by name. The hotel provides water activities everyday and convenient facilities nearby. They offer photography services for the busy family who don’t have time back home to have one of the boxes ticked while enjoying the relaxing holiday at the same time. Free onsite childcare services for the kids up to 16 within 3 different age groups suits all your needs. Irish pub and multiple cuisine restaurants to be selected to suit your taste buds. Onsite mini night markets, fish spa with a magician is a good. The only downside is the pool water has excessive chemicals and caused my kids skin rash which we have no problems when we went to other hotel’s pool or water bomb park at the later days.

This was our second time staying at Bali Dynasty and we loved every minute of it. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of facilities for adults and kids to enjoy and the kids club is great for parents to have meeee time. We love the buffet breakfast very much. We want to come back again and again!!!

Great hotel, room was clean, house keeping did a great job every time, water pressure for the shower was excellent, a lot of pressure, better than other hotels I've stayed at in Bali. Breakfast food was good. Overall great experiance.
