Bali Dynasty Resort offers 312 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features minibars and a safe. Rooms open to balconies. Staff are amazing and the food was great. Facilities are good. My only complaint is that it was FULL of kids! Yes I know it’s a family resort but we couldn’t get close to the pool as every chair was taken and the pool was seething with kids (it’s not even school holidays!) and once in our room all you can hear are screaming kids constantly until late at night. Meals were incredibly loud as it was packed. Expect AU $30 each for meals. The little shop is great and they have an evening market. It is the perfect resort for small children and can’t fault the staff.

Loved the Dynasty! Staff were all so lovely. Food was awesome. Kids swimming area was great for the little ones. We had a lagoon room which again was fab, big enough for the 4 of us. Was a little dissapointing the PlayStation didn't work in our room which we called about but no one did come to fix before we left for our second hotel. Overall I'd recommend and rate Dynasty if you want somewhere that is a little more traditional and not so westernised.

Thanks Dynasty!

Hotel was comfortable to stay in, the service and staff are stellar, everyone was friendly and inviting. You felt good going back to the bars or restaurants around the Dynasty complex. Food was great. And to top it all off the hotels proximity to most a lot of the things that bring people to Kuta is pretty neat. We had a fantastic week and will certainly be returning in the future.

Staff were very friendly and warm and it felt very welcoming for young families. The breakfast was excellent. Buffet dining menu could use some refreshing but was ok. The Italian restaurant was nice. We loved the position of our room overlooking the temple next door and the pool.

Great for the kids and great food however our room had two dehumidifiers and a mouldy smell. Asked for a room change only to be told there is nothing wrong with our room. Neighbours room didnt even have a dehumidifier??

I would not recommend this hotel, it’s supposed to be the best place to go for kids and the kids club was rubbish!

We stayed with my daughter and 4 year old grandson. It is a great hotel catering for kids. My grandson had the best time. The water slide was a favourite. There is a fantastic pool bar which was a hit for the adults.

The resort facilities, such as the pools, children's water park and restaurants, are great. We stayed here in a family suite, with our extended family in different rooms throughout the resort. About half of us noticed that the rooms felt damp or had an unusual smell. Two of the rooms needed dehumidifiers. Location-wise, if the waterpark, nightlife and energy are what you're after, this will work. If you're looking for a Bali beach, South Kuta isn't the place to stay. There's some construction work going on at the beach (not the resort's fault), but even without that, unfortunately, the beach isn't very welcoming. If you're in a wheelchair or have a pram, the resort and beach walk are fine, but navigating the paths in Kuta is very challenging.

The resort was clean and the staff friendly and capable. It is highly kid focused and has lots of amenities to suit. There is also a great activities program including cooking classes and fruit carving (amongst other things) which could be better advertised. A few good Aussie Sports bars around, Bamboo was our fav. We had an enjoyable stay there. Just be ready for the chaos that is Kuta as soon as you leave!
