I was so happy with this hotel I dont know where to start... The breakfast was full of incredible options. I was so surprised to see a breakfast buffet span an entire dining hall like that. My breakfast would keep me full until 2-3 pm after a full day of walking. The location is spectacular. I mean it. It was a short walk from the station and essentially the city center.

Staffs are polite, speak good english and extremely helpful!! Room is clean, roomy and classy!! Atmosphere of the lobby is top notch!! Parking rate is $2000JPY per night if you need it. Located with in 2 min walk from Kyoto Station. Strongly recommend for everyone who visit Kyoto.

This was a very approaching hotel with Kyoto train station 2 minutes walk! The facilities were good but laundry service was expensive we had to take these to closest laundry machine which is 10 minutes walk! However, we will book it again for closest to Kyoto station and luxurious room and buffet breakfast!

Very helpful staff. Most convenient location - next to Kyoto station. Breakfast should be improved - poor selection of fresh fruits. Some rounds of grilled fish served (part of Japanese style breakfast selections) seem to be from the previous evening. Stayed in deluxe double room. Very clean but the furniture the window shades show their age - rooms need update and renovation.
