Upon checking in the person at the desk, wouldn’t even make eye contact with. Me was extremely rude, and just pointed around the corner and said that my room was literally two steps away. The room was completely filthy. Smelled stains in the shower. Stains on the bathtub, not matching The outdoor ambience of the hotel. And it’s not as if we checked in late completely on acceptable. Customer service and unacceptable maintenance of the room. Not only to mention dead flies and flies in the room. I am a native Southshore and the representation of the room was disgusting and does not represent like Tahoe at all. Do better.

My wife and I stayed here in celebration of our one year anniversary. We loved the jetted tub in the room. We would have loved a larger television (that’s probably due to having a large television in our home) but it was nice! All the amenities you can need are in the room. The room is large and open, with lots of mirrors. The hotel is also a brisk walk away from the town center, beach, and plenty of restaurants. There’s also a ton of rentable electric scooters parked around for use. You get a nice view of the mountain from your room window (depending what side of the hotel your room is on) you also get a complimentary coupon for a free appetizer at the front desk to one of the restaurants they have recommended. We plan on returning during winter!

Great stay!

Great stay. They had our room ready a couple hours early. It’s large with an amazing shower. The pillows are so comfortable…it silly but I feel like hotels usually have hard pillows. The fridge was convenient. The hotel is in a great location. We walked to the beach and Tiki Bar on the beach. In the morning we walked half a block to IHOP for breakfast. They have bikes you can check out also.

I did not realize there where mirrors everywhere and on the ceiling above the bed and ALL around the bed I had to take a cold shower Saturday morning! After letting the water run for over ten minutes, I just took a quick cold shower!
