This is a great spot to stay. The staff is excellent and are amazing! Anytime I ask for anything they are on it. Had an issue fixed within 15 minutes or less. The pool is nice and relaxing. Can't wait for the next time. See you soon!

BE WARNED THERE ARE BUGS HERE - ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL IN LAS VEGAS !!! Princess Ayson is the most unprofessional general manager. Our hotel room was absolutely filthy! There were stains on the sheets and when we told customer service they said that “They work with a third party linen company” and so therefore it was acceptable. Secondly, there was a huge clump of hair from a RANDOM STRANGER in the bathroom drain upon arrival. Finally, there were BUGS IN THE HOTEL ROOM AND SHOWER. When I called to talk to the front desk they said absolutely no way they could move me. So we stayed in that RIDICULOUS ROOM ALL NIGHT . I then called back to the general manager Princess Ayson who told me and I quote “Bugs can be expected in our rooms because we are an outside access hotel!” HOW INSANE TO SAY THAT?!!! She then said I could not get a full refund and when I told her she should warn her guests about the bugs, she told me “What a nice thing for you to say!” How absolutley absurd for a manger to say that. Absolutley ridiculous service. Do NOT come here, what a sham of a hotel.

Simple, clean, refurbished. Odd sheeting (didn't fit well and simple duvee was covered with another sheet - easy to clean Inguess?). Small bathroom. Odd that entrance was through a night club..., no real lobby.
