Very run down place . Uncomfortable stay for the cost . Reception staff very grumpy and unwelcoming. Exceptionally poor quality continental breakfast .Terribly place to stay .

I’ll be back!

This was a great hotel. I love that they had complimentary breakfast, as well as airport shuttle that which really saved me a lot of money and Uber fees. The room was clean and spacious, and I love the convenience of it being close to the airport.

Cost effective, clean hotel

Really cost effective hotel for early flight out of JFK with free parking. Rooms were a bit older and beds a tad soft, but all very clean. Front desk staff very friendly. Saved over $100 to stay here and would do so again

Fast food restaurant directly next door with others within walking distance. Strip mall about 5mins away via walking. The front desk worker was really nice but a bit creepy. I would stay again.

The hotel is just as advertised, a very convenient next to the airport hotel, would have given it a five star had it not been for the unfriendly receptionist, however the shuttles are super convenient and the shuttle driver was awesome and very nice.

We stayed here because we just needed an overnight after returning to America before we could catch our plane home. This hotel shows a lot of wear and tear - it’s drab and not well lighted - but it’s clean and the woman on the counter was helpful. The bed was comfortable with clean white linens and good pillows. We waited a long time for the shuttle - about half and hour, but the other passenger said she’d been waiting almost an hour. The shuttle driver was friendly and drove safely, but the shuttle needs to pick up passengers more quickly. Would we stay here again? Maybe for one overnight, but never longer.

Staff was very helpful in every way. We missed the shuttle by just two minutes and had to wait about 25 minutes. Not the hotels fault with the construction forcing longer times._[ Everything was great.
