Le Studio 26 - Beautiful, practical little studio

Good morning !

Ideal for a short or long stay in Liège, this small studio is very practical!

The studio

Relatively quiet and equipped (just renovated - March 2021), it has everything you need: a kitchen area, a bed for two people, an office and a shower room with toilet. And to top it all off: you can benefit from access to the building's shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer on request only (at an additional cost).

The accommodation has a good wifi connection.

The neighborhood

In addition to its practical side, the location of Studio 15 is perfect because you are right in the city center. Rue des Clarisses is full of good restaurants that we recommend you try (we had at least 4 favorites in the street alone: Chez Gusto, Telle Mère Telle Fille, Sushi Time and le Dernier Ragot).

Please note that in Liège, everything is close to everything and can be done on foot: in 5 minutes, you will be at Place Cathédrale which is in the center of the shopping streets, the best restaurants in the city and the cinemas.It is also halfway between the Royal Opera and the Théâtre de Liège. A gym is also available in the area.

Transportation
You will be able to access the accommodation:

• By train : there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is that of Guillemins (located 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus)
• By bus : the urban network is very well supplied and the nearest stop (200m) is served by a large number of lines
• By car : rue Saint-Rémy is reserved for residents of the street, but it is possible to park on the streets
  neighbors (paid parking), or in neighboring car parks (Saint-Paul, Cathedral, Charles Magnette).

Bail

Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:

• For a stay of less than a week, the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount.
• For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
• For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
• For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
• For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.

Long stay cleaning fees

For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
