The staff that work here are exceptional. Friendly, helpful and make you feel like an honoured guest. The property itself is beautiful - unique, industrial/artsy eclectic decor, very clean. We had a massive suite with a great little kitchen (with dishwasher) and what turned out to be 3 bathrooms (two 1/2 baths and a 3rd sink/shower combo). King size bed that was very comfortable, great seating. Breakfast was included daily and it’s quite the spread with delicious espresso based drinks and fresh squeezed juices. Seriously some of the best OJ I’ve ever had. Location is very central and everything is within walking distance. Now for what could be a negative depending on your needs - the hotel is in the center of the action which is great during the daytime, but be aware that at night it gets extremely noisy and with thin windows you will be hearing yelling and partying till about 5 am, every day pretty much. This isn’t minor noise, it’s extreme as people party in the streets and those streets are directly under you. If that doesn’t bother you, bring a speaker and play your own music to drown out some of it or go join them ;) While location is convenient, be aware that Uber will not drop off/pick up from the hotel. You’ll have to access it a block over so expect to lug your suitcases, but it’s only a short trek. This is Lisbon, it’s hilly and it’s all cobblestones so wear appropriate footwear as the streets in the area can get treacherous. Noise aside, we loved our stay here.

Chic and friendly - two things you rarely get in the same hotel. Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and the location is in the middle of everything- or 10 minutes from it!

The staff at Raw Culture are amazingly helpful and attentive to the needs of their guests. We can't thank them enough for their care and hospitality. Rooms are very spacious and modern, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Design/decor of hotel is very eclectic and stands out compared to cookie-cutter chain hotels. Neighbourhood is very unique and central to all areas of the old city, with great connections to public transit, etc. We would definitely go back to Lisbon and would definitely stay at Raw Culture again.

The hotel is really nice and well located. However if you get there by car, make sure to let the hotel know in advance. The hotel is on a restricted area so you can’t get there by car unless they provide you with a code. You have to park in a public parking 2 blocks away.

They have great staff all around. Extremely knowledgable helpful and friendly..they made our stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this as the place to stay in Lisbon. We will be back.

It was definitely a unique property. But would not rate it as 5 stars. Nicely furnished and set up. Good bed and nice shower. Everybody very friendly and nice made t oorder breakfast. It is not designed for kids. Lot of noise all night from partying around the property. The rooms are not really designed for kids, not enough space on bathroom counter to put toiletries.

Beautiful designer setting, within the whole property. Excellent staff, breakfast setup and service method, room furnishings, daily cleaning, kitchen appliances (instructions on how to use would be helpful), concierge is very helpful, wc facilities are very clean and well located. Overall, our room was quite large but a little inefficient. There were three of us and the third bed was very small and was adjacent to the larger bed. I felt this bed could be moved away to a different part of the room instead of a couch and chairs. Staff was excellent and this breakfast was delicious. I was a little misled that I thought transportation to the airport was free, but it wasn't. No big deal. A little confusion that I thought we would get free bottles of water and a free bottle of wine each night, but that might have been my misunderstanding. Many great restaurants right near by. Concierge got us reservation at nearby restaurant A Severa for Fado music. Very enjoyable! Overall, a very nice hotel!

It is a unique hotel. A renovated workshop, beautifully done. Friendly staff, good breakfast options (terrible coffee - sorry). Close to practically everything a tourist would want. Safe. Would highly recommend if visiting and staying in Lisbon.
