Nice hotel and good location

A great stay, fantastic location on the edge of Hyde Park, close to Lancaster Gate tube station. Ate in the hotel and the food was good value. All in all would definitely return next time we go to London.

This was by far the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at in London in my 20plus years of traveling to to UK. There were unknown stains on the bedding that looked like dried blood. The shower was so small it was barely bigger than a coffin. I'm not even afraid of tight spaces but I'm sure prisoners in Askaban had more space to work with. There were moths and bugs in the carpet.

I liked its location to the park and that though I did have to do a lot of walking I didnt have to take cabs around. tube stations are nearby as well, so that facilitates getting to locations around the city.

We booked this hotel very last minute, although our double room was very small, it was clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Comfy bed, hot shower and lovely white towels! Breakfast was great plenty of choice and excellent service from all the staff. We would stay again but maybe select a bigger room.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, booked at last minute in light of a really bad experience at the hotel we originally booked, Dante and minola on reception were amazing when we checked in and all the other staff were friendly at all times we saw them. Room was very clean and room was very modern.. I would 100% recommend and 100% stay here again

Step up from a hostel, ground floor family room was dated and needs upgrading. Plug sockets didnt work, wifi signal was poor in the room. Walls paper thin and could hear next doors toilet flush. Deliveries most mornings too which woke us up

Lovely Hotel

Wasn't sure what to expect, but pleasantly surprised, twin room was good size, bathroom lovely with plenty of hot water. Beds very comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Served us well for our 2 night stay. Staff were all very helpful. Location brilliant on edge of Hyde Park, good travel connections.
