Pro: close to Hyde Park, nice restaurants within walking, close to Paddington train station. Good hot breakfast. Con: amenities minimal, no hand towels or face cloths, no Kleenex or body lotion. Could hear conversations in next room and hall. One person bathroom. Not close to bus tours, had to uber.

We had a room with 2 beds and we found the room exceptionally small. Each one of us had a suitcase and there was no room to put your suitcase. We had to use the foot of our beds to lay down the suitcases. Bathroom also was exceptionally small. The breakfast room was very Nice. We had table services for breakfast, a choice of three or four items .The staff were very efficient and friendly.

The area is perfectly located to Paddington station. The staff are wonderful. Rooms are really small but understandable due to the age of the building. Elevator is really small and very slow. I would stay there again. The location is perfect. Victoris pub is a short walk with great food and an outside eating area.
