I enjoyed my stay there. All the areas I had contact with were very clean. The lift always smelt fresh. Best full english breakfast I have had in a hotel. All the staff I came in contact with were polite and helpful. I will stay there again 👌

The chap on reception was lovely. Our room was nice, clean, comfortable. The hotel was quiet with little road noise or noise from other guests. I’d definitely stay here again!

I had to wait several minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. It was late at night and not desirable to have no one at the desk Bed is hard, hotel in need of renovation. No plugs near bed. Location is great.

Recommended: see the/your room BEFORE you bring your luggage up, to make sure the photos on Expedia you saw for the room are similar to the room you reserved itself. For example: if the picture for your room on Expedia shows a round table with 2 chairs, along with a wooden furniture luggage stand, you should expect to see in your room a round table with with 2 chairs and a wooden furniture luggage stand. Am I right? When I signed up for the room, the pictures showed a round table with 2 chairs, along with a wooden furniture luggage stand. That is not what was in my room. The receptionist (when I made him very clearly aware that the room did not match the Expedia pictures) put the onus on me to check the room first. He also said (paraphrase) this is how it is in London. Sound advice perhaps, albeit after the fact. Lesson earned. File under "fool me once."
