I was so hoping to like this experience as I had been upgraded to a bungalow but there were a few things that didn’t make the cut. The A/C didn’t work, there was a sewage type smell in the room and the in room phone did not work to be able to call front desk or room service. I mentioned all of this the next morning only to find out the room had been taken out of order. Not sure how much of an upgrade that was.
