Achei que o hotel superou muito minhas expectativas. Hotel muito organizado, funcionários sempre simpáticos e solicitos, hotel muito bonito, bem cuidado, cheiroso, instalações modernas nas áreas comuns e nos quartos, que são confortáveis, modernos, enxoval novo e de boa qualidade, linda vista pela janela dos quartos, funcionários entregam mimos nos quartos (chocolates) todos os dias. Além disso a localização é muito boa, muito perto do metrô, cafés, merdados e El Corte Inglês. Quero parabenizar a todos do hotel, tive uma experiência incrível!!!

Contemporary hotel, good location

The location is great. Large contemporary hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. But no luggage racks. We set our suitcases on the floor. We were only there for a night so we’re not using the closets. Staff at check in and out were friendly. However during check in our daughter was in the lobby by our luggage waiting for us to check in and the lobby “guard” approached her asking her questions that were uncomfortable like she didn’t belong there. She’s 25, not a child and were we only 10 feet away from her at the counter.
