First time staying in the hotel.. Excellent experience.. The location is super convenient, the rooms are very spacious, bed, pillows.. great quality .. Delicious breakfast with many options.. Customer service in general is also excellent.. Special remark for Carmen , the young lady that greets you at breakfast time with a beautiful smile and always asking if we were pleased the hotel services .. This is a highly recommended hotel in Madrid

Everything was wonderful! Our room was clean and well stocked. They made up the couch bed for our daughter with lovely sheets and towels. It was so thoughtful. The staff were welcoming and helpful too. Thank you!

The hotel was stunning! So clean and well designed. Rooms were huge for Europe! We had a whole living and dining area in our suite which was great bc we had a seperate room and the kids had the sofa beds that were actually pretty comfortable. Staff was very nice also.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR~

I stayed here from March 26-April 3. Remodeling continues & there is lots of noise Monday - Saturday starting at 0700 hours. The tub/shower in my room was very slippery & water leaked all over and into the hall- way of the room. Housekeeping came immediately & ensured all was dry & safe. She was very nice & left extra towels. She mentioned management would be informed of concerns since water is dripping from tub into floor in other remodeled rooms. Went to a different room that was also "remodeled." In the middle of the night the side light fell! Additonally, not every house keeper cleans well. One evening I called because hand towels were not left in room and the male that answered at the reception told me there were NO hand towels & house-keeping had left! 20 minutes later he called to inform me they found towels & for me to down to reception to get them. It's 10:30 pm. I said NO thank _ this would never happen in USA. A friend called the hotel and asked to be connected to my room. The hotel DOES NOT have the phone system to connect calls to guests rooms! He told my friend for him to call me at my cell. That is very unprofessional and rude! At check out I informed "Thomas" of negative experience and honestly I do not think he cared. I ended going to RIU hotel & experience was the complete opposite!

The best hotel I've stayed at in Europe so far. The property is very new. They have some construction going on at the street level but that did not bother me. The breakfast is top notch. Could use some changes rather than same items daily. But everyone was courteous. The bed was super comfy the sheets like heaven. This is the perfect hotel

Super lækkert hotel

Virkelig lækkert hotel. Kæmpe udvalg til morgenmadsbuffeten, store rummelige værelser og lækre badeværelser. Super beliggenhed ift Gran Via og andre seværdigheder, som kan nås til fods. Argüelles metrostationen kun 3-4 minutters gågang derfra.
