Everyone was so accommodating, friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Our flight was canceled & when I went to the front desk to add another night, the person was not very helpful & told me I had to do it on line -she could not be bothered to help, in the morning it was a different story -very helpful!!!

Ridiculously long wait for our room to be ready. Then, they tried to downgrade us to a cheaper room that was not what we wanted. Finally after 5 hours we got the room we paid for. Initially front desk staff was rude, dismissive and could have cared less. Finally a supervisor stepped in to help. Housekeeping is a joke. They do a terrible job when they finally show up to make your room up. The room was dirty every day. Wife got food poisoning from the breakfast. Pool area is dirty, roaches and trash everywhere. Not worth the money at all. Go anywhere else.
