Beautiful apartment with subpar service

We secured the three bedroom, three and 1/2 bathroom apartment for a Thursday to Sunday stay. We were a group of three friends - each in their own bedroom, own bathroom. While we LOVED the apartment, we did not love the SUBPAR service. The 24/7 service is not that. We had some issues during our stay - internet went out (for 24+ hours), TV went out, no hot water in one of the bathrooms (didn’t get resolved before we checked out) and the shower knob kept falling off in one of the other bathrooms. Chat is the means by which you communicate with issues. Response was not timely. We were so frustrated and inconvenienced with the internet issue (needed it for work), I eventually found a phone number to Sonder and tried that route to get the issue resolved. After that call, maintenance came within an hour or so. For the hot water issue, maintenance showed up as we were leaving. This was even though we were told by the person on chat that we’d have priority for first thing in the morning. To me, first thing in the morning would be no later than 9am. They came at 10:45am. For the price point, my expectations of service weren’t met. Will I stay here again? Sure. However, I now know where my expectations should align.

Amazing place, close to everything. Clean and quiet, new appliances, washer dryer, and amazing bathrooms. Several dining options, Uber always available. We booked the 3 bedroom apartment. It is on the fifth floor with a huge terrasse that has direct access to the rooftop pool. Can't recommend enough.

They require so much personal information upon checkin. Drivers license front and back. Mine was scratched so I downloaded what I could. Decided to go straight to hotel. Waited out front for over 3 hours and no front desk staff.

Savior for the Milton Hurricane

Phantastic place to be found as a savior when Milton locked us out from our stay in Cape Coral. Perfect organization also parking possibilities in the same building. One bed was a bit worn out and shower had slow water pressure could be the only small negative points. Overall very good

There is a gentleman there who helped me transition from 402 to 511 he was a very nice guy because I made a couple mistakes checking in. I forgot to do a couple things to make his job easier and he had to come back like three times all my fault and he was very patient and nice but I forgot to get his name.
