Perfect location -center of Milan. Walking distance to cathedral square, La skala theatre , shopping mall, Hop on hop off buses across from Cathedral. Room was specious and comfortable with huge balcony. Bathroom- huge . Very nice decorative pieces throughout. Only negative comment- bed pillows were very hard. We didn’t know that hotel has different options for pillows. We made a comment about hard pillows and been told that they have options. Next time we will ask. Overall, excellent hotel. I would recommend this hotel for everyone.

It’s a lovely hotel and location is good. Staff at the front desk can be a little more friendly. Housekeeping was not being attentive. Tea bags were not replaced after being used. We had 2 rooms. One of the rooms, there was no shampoo but instead, 2 bottles of handwash. In the other room, one of the pumps was not working and we had to alternate the pump from the 2 bottles. It was not replaced even when they came to clean the room. The design of the hanging wardrobe is not ideal. One is at eye level which is ok but others are so high up that we can’t even reach. Nevertheless, the porters were very helpful.

Very good location. Nice, clean hotel. Good breakfast buffet. The negative is that you cannot control the room temperature. The thermostat in the room doesn't work, as the heat and air con are all controlled by the hotel. It was 25 degrees when I arrived and I had to call twice to have it lowered, only to 23.5. Not happy with this feature at all.

Location is very close to the Duomo and high end shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel especially with it’s panoramic rooftop lounge.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Milan. The spacious rooms were a highlight—comfortable, well-designed, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options, and dinner at the rooftop restaurant was a fantastic experience with both great food and beautiful views. The location is excellent—quiet yet very convenient. It’s within walking distance of the Duomo and the main shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely return!
